Ackroo expands their gift card distribution network by integrating with Blackhawk Network

(TSXV: AKR), a gift card, loyalty and rewards technology and services provider, and Blackhawk Network (Canada) Ltd., a leading prepaid and payments network, announced today a partnership in which the Ackroo gift card platform will be integrated with Blackhawk Network's in-store and online distribution channel platform in order to allow selected Ackroo merchants access to the Blackhawk network of merchants which includes large brands such as Loblaws, Metro, Safeway, Sobeys and many others. This partnership will provide Ackroo merchants a great opportunity to have their gift cards sold within the Blackhawk Network of merchant's which will expand their distribution footprint, broaden customer awareness and increase sales.
