Acasta Enterprises Inc. announces Class A Restricted Voting Shares and Warrants to commence trading separately on September 8, 2015

TORONTO, Sept. 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Acasta Enterprises Inc. (the "Corporation") announces that the securities underlying Corporation's class A restricted voting units (AEF.UN on the TSX), each consisting of one class A restricted voting share and one-half of a warrant, will commence trading separately on the TSX effective September 8, 2015. As of the date of this press release, there are 40,250,000 class A restricted voting shares and 20,125,000 warrants outstanding. The class A restricted voting shares and whole warrants will trade under the symbols "AEF.A" and "AEF.WT", respectively.
