A ride in an exotic electric car to thank customers - FIRST TEST-DRIVE OF
TESLA ROADSTER 2.5 IN QUEBEC AT HENRI VÉZINA IN LAVAL
MONTREAL, Oct 7 /CNW Telbec/ - Starting today, the first test-drives of the all-electric Tesla Roadster 2.5 in Quebec will take place in an unusual setting.
No, it's not a racetrack, but the parking lot at Henri Vézina, one of Canada's most exclusive men's stores, located at 1825 Daniel-Johnson Boulevard in Laval, where the electric wonder will strut its stuff. It can reach a thrilling 100 kph in just 3.7 seconds, with no emissions and with a capacity of 394 km per charge.
A true pioneer, Gilles Vézina, president of the Henri Vézina store, was the first to import Hugo Boss to Quebec. Passionate about design and performance, he found an original way to thank his customers, offering them not only a presentation of the new Eton collection, but also the opportunity to take a ride in one of the most stylish and environmentally friendly cars on the planet, popular with stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio and George Clooney.
"Our philosophy is to surpass our clientele's expectations and show them the latest trends and new products. Our customers are pressed for time and they like beautiful, high-quality articles. The Roadster 2.5 embodies the speed and efficiency they are looking for, which they also find in our unparalleled service and the exclusive quality that characterizes our products," says Mr. Vézina.
With the only other Teslas in Canada in a newly opened showroom in Toronto, the company took advantage of this opportunity to court the Quebec market. "We want to prove how amazing electric vehicles can be, and we've already delivered close to 1,300 emission-free cars in more than 30 countries. The new Roadster 2.5 reflects the future Tesla's design language. It's built entirely around the driver, offering performance and efficiency," explains Hans Ulsrud, Tesla's regional sales manager for Canada.
About Henri Vézina
In 1962, Henri Vézina opened a small custom clothing shop north of Montreal, in Laval. He had no idea that one day, under the management of his son Gilles, his modest business would grow into one of the most exclusive stores in Canada. The store, which attracts a clientele of businessmen and senior executives with a passion for European style, has a simple philosophy: men don't like to shop and don't have the patience for it. The obvious solution is to offer everything under one roof, from head to toe, from jeans to tuxedos, and more. With seven experienced consultants and two master tailors, Henri Vézina takes a personalized approach to customer service, with the belief that every man has his own style.
