A new team at the head of Publicis Montreal: A new President and a new Executive Vice-President Creative Director

MONTREAL, Dec. 2, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Publicis Canada announces the appointments of Rachelle Claveau as President of Publicis Montreal, and Sylvain Dufresne as Executive Vice-President, Creative Director of Publicis Montreal. They will both join the agency on January 9. Rachelle Claveau will be responsible for all of Publicis' activities in Montreal. Sylvain Dufresne will oversee all the creative work of the agency in Montreal. They will both become members of the agency's national executive committee.

A highly esteemed marketing and communications professional, Claveau has more than 15 years of experience across the business, most recently as President of FCB Montreal and previously as Vice-President for Cossette. She masters all business aspects of a communications agency and comes with an impressive breadth of experience, from traditional and digital advertising to public relations to data marketing.

An experienced creative, Dufresne held the position of Creative Director at lg2 for 7 years. In recent years, he has put his talent to work for a wide range of clients such as Loto-Québec, Desjardins Insurance, Maxi, Tourisme Québec and Lifesaving Society. His creativity and audacity earned him numerous awards, including Marketing Awards, Boomerang and Créa.
