A new brand image that inspires growth and collaboration
MONTRÉAL, Oct. 17, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - The Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal (CCMM) unveils its new brand image today. Backed by the ingenuity of the creators at Sid Lee, the CCMM has a new logo, vivid colours, an updated website and a new brand called Acclr – Business Services. For an organization that has been active for close to 200 years, these changes are a major milestone in its history.
A renewed promise
"After months of work by our team and Sid Lee's, we are proud to unveil the fruit of our efforts," said Michel Leblanc, President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal. "This is also an opportunity for us to get closer to our members and renew our original promise: to promote the prosperity of the city and its businesses."
A new brand: Acclr – Business Services
To accelerate business creation and growth, Acclr brings together the expert services the CCMM delivers: business development, international trade, business intelligence, financing, labour, francization of businesses and a resource centre for entrepreneurs. This new brand will more effectively serve the interests of CCMM members and streamline their use of its services.
The idea behind the brand
"Every day we help build a dynamic Montréal business community that is constantly evolving and innovating," Michel Leblanc said. "We want the CCMM image to reflect our modern approach, growth and determination to collaborate. This is why we updated our brand image."
Creative inspiration
"The CCMM's objectives guided our creative teams in developing a more streamlined, simplified and modern visual identity, one that illustrates the incredible networking power the CCMM puts in the hands of its members," said François Forget, Executive Vice-President and Partner at Sid Lee. "As for the Acclr brand, it represents the support available to businesses. We redesigned the website to make it accessible and simple to use, as is required for a group the size of the CCMM.
