A Major Research Advancement by the University of Windsor, in collaboration with Shogun Maitake, Shows Maitake Mushrooms Could Improve Cancer Patients' Care
TORONTO, Aug. 12, 2025 /CNW/ - Today, the University of Windsor, in partnership with Shogun Maitake Canada, unveil breakthrough research set to potentially reshape cancer care for millions of patients across North America through out mushrooms certified by Health Canada.
