SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE, QC, July 31, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Novatech Analytical Solutions Inc. is acquiring all the assets of G.A.S. Analytical Systems Ltd., based in Western Canada and specialized in analytical solutions.
This acquisition allows Novatech to pursue its strategic expansion across Canada and establishes Novatech/G.A.S. as the analytical solution and service leader across the country.
Novatech and G.A.S. Analytical will continue to provide their clients with the high quality solutions for which they are known.
