A Comfortable Truth - T.O.R. The Office Resource Celebrates Sustainability
and Innovative Design in New Workplace Initiatives

VANCOUVER, Oct. 7 /CNW/ - That Bonsai plant by your office chair may actually be helping workplace productivity. More and more research is showing that workplace design directly affects employee productivity, creativity and culture. To celebrate the shift in workplace design and the launch of the hotly anticipated Generation Chair by Knoll, Vancouver-based T.O.R. The Office Resource, is hosting the first annual Workplace Matters Awards, Nov. 5 at the Westin Bayshore. And to kick it off, the company has created several local initiatives to celebrate innovative workplace design.

About Workplace Matters Design Competition
