SASKATOON, March 1, 2012 /CNW/ - 49 North Resources Inc. ("49 North" or the "Company") (TSXV: FNR) will pay total cash dividends of two cents on each common share outstanding, payable on or after March 31, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2012. The entire amount of the dividend constitutes an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
