VANCOUVER, Oct. 20 /CNW/ - Thirteen Webster Awards were presented tonight at the 23rd annual Jack Webster Awards in Vancouver. In addition, the Bruce Hutchison Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to well known British Columbian broadcaster Bill Good.
