01 Communique Receives Affirmation from Federal Circuit of Validity of its Patent

TORONTO, Oct. 16, 2014 /CNW/ - 01 Communique (TSX-V:ONE), announces that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ("Federal Circuit") has issued a Rule 36 Judgment affirming the  United States Patent and Trademark Office, Patent Trial and Appeal Board's ("PTAB") decision that the Company's patent number 6,928,479 (the "479 Patent") that is at the center of the Company's patent infringement lawsuit against Citrix Systems Inc. ("Citrix") is valid.
