LONGUEUIL, QC, Oct. 5, 2022 /CNW Telbec/ - The president of LSR GesDev, Annie Lemieux, and the president and CEO of the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, Normand Bélanger, invite the press to the unveiling of a model unit marking the launch of NOVIA, a multigenerational residential complex in Longueuil scheduled for delivery in 2023.

On hand for the launch will be Longueuil mayor Catherine Fournier, Louis-Philippe Drolet, general director and partner, KOTV (Groupe KO will occupy 90% of the office space), Pierre-Yves Lord (animator, producer and DJ), project ambassador and future NOVIA resident, and Martin Jacques, executive vice-president of Québec building operations at Pomerleau, the general contractor for NOVIA.
