Webinar - Practical Approach to REACH SVHC Declarations - SVHC compliance in the real world

(www.claigan.com) will present a webinar on a practical approach to complying with REACH SVHC communication requirements.  Article 33 of the REACH Regulation requires the seller of professional products to communicate to the customer at the time of sale the presence of any substance of very high concern (SVHC) in excess of 0.1% w/w in an article.  With the list of SVHCs expanding every six months, companies are finding it very difficult to accurately and cost effectively maintain REACH SVHC declarations.

This webinar focuses on how to create an SVHC declaration for a company's products, how to maintain this declaration with additions to the SVHC list, and how to keep the process practical and cost effective. More and more REACH SVHC declarations are being produced that are either out of date or incorrect.  Meanwhile, more and more customers are requesting REACH SVHC (or even more complex) data.
