(Waitsfield) announced today that it received its certificate of
dissolution on October 24, 2013. On September 24, 2013, the
shareholders of Waitsfield approved its voluntary dissolution. Having
performed the obligations of Waitsfield, obtained forgiveness of those
obligations or otherwise made provisions for them, and having provided
for the distribution of the remaining assets to its shareholders,
Waitsfield filed its declaration of dissolution on October 24, 2013.
