announced today that its Executive Co-Chairman, Serafino Iacono
purchased an aggregate of 900,000 common shares of the Company between
July 6 and July 9, 2012 at an average price of CDN$0.34 per share on
the open market.
As at today's date, Mr. Iacono holds 12,431,916 shares of the Company
(representing 3.3% of the issued and outstanding shares).
