Scotia Learning Centres Incorporated updates holdings of Supremex Inc.
TORONTO, March 6, 2012 /CNW/ - As at March 6, 2012, Scotia Learning Centres Incorporated ("SLC") owns 3,292,300 common shares of Supremex Inc. ("Supremex"), representing 11.2% of the outstanding common shares.
Pursuant to the Securities Act (Ontario), Simé Armoyan, the indirect owner of SLC, is presumed to be acting jointly or in concert with family members with whom she resides and with Clarke Inc. ("Clarke"). This does not constitute an admission by Mrs. Armoyan that she is acting jointly or in concert with any other person with respect to securities of Supremex and Mrs. Armoyan expressly disclaims ownership of securities of Supremex held by persons other than Mrs. Armoyan. According to Clarke's most recent SEDI filing (made on January 1, 2011), Clarke owns 7,814,700 common shares of Supremex representing 26.7% of the outstanding common shares of Supremex.
On an aggregate basis, Simé Armoyan, members of her family with whom she resides and Clarke, own, directly or indirectly, 11,206,500 common shares, representing 38.3% of the outstanding common shares.
Simé Armoyan and members of her family with whom she resides may, directly or indirectly, acquire additional securities of Supremex, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities of Supremex, or continue to hold securities of Supremex in the normal course of their investment activities.
