will bring Mendor's all-in-one blood glucose monitoring system to nine
new European markets in the first stage as a part of Menarini's
established GlucoMen product family for glucose testing.

European-wide organisation with a headquarters based in Florence and a
network of fourteen fully owned affiliates. Its 2012 turnover was
approximately 300 million Euro.

glucose monitoring sales and marketing in European markets providing
Mendor with an experienced and successful partner in its commercial

Mendor's all-in-one blood glucose monitoring system is a unique device
that contains all the necessary components for daily blood glucose
measurements: a meter, 25 strips and a lancing device in an integrated,
stylish device the size of a mobile phone. It is designed to simplify
the lives of people with diabetes who need to test their blood glucose
levels regularly. The device will be launched under the name of
