MIRABEL, QC, Dec. 4, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Mecachrome, a leader in the aerospace industry whose main operations in North America are located near Montreal, is pleased to announce that they have been selected by Aerolia for the design, manufacture and delivery of the Keel Beam for the Bombardier Global 7000 and Global 8000 business jets.

The Keel Beam, to be produced by Mecachrome Canada at its Mirabel facility, will be delivered to AEROLIA at their St-Nazaire facility, who in turn will install them on the center fuselage of each aircraft. Mecachrome will be responsible for the design, manufacturing, final assembly and delivery for each keel beam and this is for the life of the aircraft.
