The three-day meeting will include commentaries and working sessions with IWF members who are the most renowned female leaders driving change and progress in their home countries and beyond. Topics/questions that will be addressed include:

  • The Future of Work & the Next Economic Revolution – With shifting demographic patterns, gender equity rebalancing, the rapid pace of technological advancements, the move to knowledge-based economies, and increasing pressures for productivity and cost-containment, what is the future of work?
  • The Future of Cities – As the number of city dwellers rises, how will advances in urban development, smart technologies, and improvements in energy use, transportation, communications, public safety, security and human welfare shape our cities across the globe?
  • The Food Revolution – With over 30 percent of the world's food being wasted each year, how can small-scale farmers help increase food production, and how are current movements and initiatives underway creating the next revolution of food?
