Participating is easy. The site owners decide how they would like to showcase their energy project. In the past, people have done live demonstrations, hosted workshops, shown movies and done tours. The goal is to inspire the move towards a greener future for the next generation. Whatever the event, Ontarians and Albertans will learn about the benefits of Green Energy.

Host benefits include: a comprehensive guide for organizing the event, informative postcards and literature and communications support.

Ontario has established itself as a leader in sustainable energy in North America. We were the first province to get rid of dirty coal. The Green Energy and Economy Act attracted $24 billion in investment during a global recession and has created more than 42,000 jobs. Ontario is well recognized globally for our smart-grid breakthroughs while energy storage, electric car infrastructure, energy efficiency and our culture of conservation are growing rapidly in importance.  We have plenty of success stories to share and opportunities to seize!

The Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA) is championing a prosperous Ontario with a thriving sustainable energy sector, good jobs, resilient communities and healthy environments powered, heated, cooled and moved by portfolios of sustainable energy by raising public awareness, advising decision makers and establishing forums for new market opportunities and collaboration.
