EHT Expands and Strengthens Management Team and Board of Directors

TORONTO, Sept. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (formerly MCM Capital One Inc.) ("EHT" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EHT) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Paul Ghezzi, as President. In addition, Mario Zen is joining the Company as VP Global Business Development and Tom Bryson is assuming the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Ghezzi, CPA/CA is a veteran of the solar energy power generation industry and is experienced in all facets of the solar energy value chain with a focus on managing operating commercial scale solar projects. He has been involved in large scale financings for both non-recourse project financing and long-term debt financing. As the former President and CEO of Solar Income Fund, a private investment fund, Mr. Ghezzi managed in excess of 100 Megawatts of successful solar energy developments since 2009.

In addition, Mr. Mario Zen joins EHT as VP Global Business Development, focusing on emerging markets. Mr. Zen has over 30 years of global business development experience and for the last 9 years was instrumental in the growth of LDK Solar from initial start up to becoming one of the largest solar component manufacturers in the world. Mr. Zen has developed direct strategic relationships with Governments globally and is a well-known leader in the global solar supply chain.

Mr. Gamble continued, "The addition of Mario to our management team provides us with direct access to a growing number of Government and commercial opportunities globally. Mario's mandate will be to leverage his extensive contacts and enhance our relationships with key customers with the objective of growing our global sales."

Tom Bryson will transition from his current position as President of EHT to Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Bryson, the original inventor of the EHT wind turbine and wind vane, will continue to develop the EHT suite of energy solutions.

In support of these management enhancements, the Company has also strengthened its Board of Directors. The Directors of the Company now include John Gamble, Paul Ghezzi and Tom Bryson as well as independent Directors Bruce Bent and Rob Fia.

The Board would like to thank Kingsdale Capital Markets and specifically Mr. Rob Fia and Mr. Cameron Prange for their extensive advice, comprehensive knowledge of capital markets and clear identification of the financing requirements best suited to support the Company.  Mr. Rob Fia was instrumental in identifying the CPC as the best vehicle for EHT listing as well as providing tremendous support in moving the listing process forward. The Board would also like to thank Mr. Joe Heng of MCM Capital One who worked diligently with his Board, legal and audit service providers to facilitate the transaction.
