CVTech Group Inc. announces the departure of Alain Gagné as Vice-President and General Manager of Thirau ltée

DRUMMONDVILLE, QC, June 12, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - CVTech Group Inc. ("CVTech" or "the Corporation") (TSX: CVT) today announces the departure of Mr. Alain Gagné as Vice-President and General Manager of the subsidiary Thirau ltée. The Corporation has established a transition plan in preparation for the eventual nomination of his successor.
