Canadian Vending & Office Coffee Service Awards
TORONTO, Oct. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - The Canadian Automatic Merchandising Association (CAMA) (www.vending-cama.com) is pleased to announce the 2012 recipients of the vending and office coffee industry's highest awards.
The Association's Annual Awards Dinner was held in conjunction with CAMA Expo 2012 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre, Niagara Falls ON on Friday, September 28th. Industry members from across Canada and the United States were present to recognize the recipients of the Don Storey Memorial Award, Stuart Daw Gold Service Award and CAMA Customer Service Award.
The Stuart Daw Gold Service Award was presented to Ernest Nobel of Café Vittoria, Sherbrooke QC. Ernest was recognized for his successful sales career over many years in the OCS industry. He has served on the CAMA Board of Directors and for many years held the position of Quebec Region President.
The Don Storey Memorial Award was presented to Ronald Kane of Kane's Distributing, St. Catharines ON. Ronald was recognized for his innovation and exceptional contribution to the vending and automatic merchandising industry in Canada.
The recipient of the Customer Service Award was Brian Martell of Heritage Coffee, Montreal QC. Clients and members from across Canada recognized Brian for his personal approach and dedication to high standards of customer service. Brian is the first member of the association to have received all three industry awards.
Formed in 1953, the Canadian Automatic Merchandising Association (CAMA) is the only association representing the interests of vending and office coffee service operators, machine manufacturers as well as product and service suppliers in Canada. With more than 250 members, the Association's mission is to advance and promote the vending and office coffee service industries from coast-to-coast.

The Stuart Daw Gold Service Award is presented to an active CAMA member who best exemplifies Stuart Daw's fine qualities - entrepreneurial leadership, dedication and professionalism. This nominee should also possess sound work ethics upholding high industry standards and have made an exceptional contribution to the office coffee service industry in Canada in terms of interest, service and achievement.
The Don Storey Memorial Award is presented to an active member of CAMA who during their years in the vending industry have given outstanding service. The nominee will have demonstrated high standards of integrity, commitment to industry image and community relations in the area in which he or she operates, or the particular activity in which he or she is involved.
The Customer Service Award is presented to an active member of CAMA who has demonstrated an exceptional and continued commitment to service in the vending and/or office coffee service industries.
