Alberta chocolatier wins two international silver medals
EDMONTON, Oct. 31, 2013 /CNW/ - Last week, a grand jury gathered in London, England to sample and critique their way through 800 chocolate finalists' creations from across the globe in the annual International Chocolate Awards. After winning two spots to represent Canada, Brett Roy and Sweet Lollapalooza Fine Chocolates were awarded two silver medals.
The International Chocolate Awards aim to recognize the best fine quality chocolate from around the world. Sweet Lollapalooza and chocolatier Brett Roy were recognized for their Pure Nacional and Raspberry Noir dark chocolate bonbons.
