HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) and Serko.ai Partner To Bring Novel Fintech Offerings and Lodging API to the Corporate Travel Industry

In partnership with Serko.ai, HTS fintech solutions and supply are now available to corporate travelers and TMCs, starting with Cancel for Any Reason

MONTREAL, Oct. 27, 2026 /CNW/ -- HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), the B2B division of Hopper – the leading global travel technology platform, and Serko, a leader in online travel for business, announce that HTS' Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) product and Lodging API are available on Serko's new personal travel assistant, Serko.ai.

HTS' CFAR product, which is available on Serko.ai as Stress-free Cancellation*, offers travelers access to greater flexibility and control on every booking they make through Serko.ai. It allows travelers to instantly cancel their flight 3 hours prior to departure or hotel before check-in, and receive a refund of their trip cost back to their original form of payment – no questions asked.

Serko.ai is also leveraging HTS' Lodging API as part of its solution. Available via an API that can be integrated into any online booking tool or booking engine, HTS offers both hotels and vacation rental homes with a single Lodging API. The API gives travel brands instant access to over 1.4M properties and proprietary travel technology for search, property and room mapping, pricing intelligence, auctions, and ranking.

"The biggest pain point for business travelers is the friction that happens when things change – whether a meeting gets rescheduled or travel gets disrupted. Partnering with Hopper allows us to solve that frustration head-on. Combining their extensive hotel content and flexible technology with Serko.ai means travelers get access to broad inventory and great rates, backed by stress-free flexibility that modern work travel demands, while giving companies complete booking confidence every time," said David Holyoke, Chief Product Officer at Serko.

"Flexibility is no longer just a perk; it's table stakes for modern travel, especially business travel," said Colin Whitney, VP of Product – Flexibility at HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions). "Serko understands the high demand for flexibility among business travelers, and we are proud to be a partner to provide innovative and AI-driven travel solutions to corporate travel."
