winners of the Carte Blanche for Creatives contest in the Toronto
market: David Glen and Dhaval Bhatt from john st. for their "Kobo Glo"
The winning piece was unveiled last night at a cocktail reception held
at the Art Gallery of Ontario, where members of the jury and the
creative community of the GTA had a chance to view firsthand the
creativity of the different submitted pieces.
A jury, composed of a creative team member from each participating
agency, voted between May 7 and 10 to select the winning piece. The
shortlisted pieces had been previously voted for by members of the
creative community on carteblancheforcreatives.ca.
The winning team of creatives will travel to France to attend the Cannes
Lions International Festival of Creativity. As well, the client
featured in the winning piece will benefit from a campaign across the
Astral Out-of-Home network in the GTA. Additionally, and in order to
immortalize their win, the two creatives received seven rectangular
pieces of metal to create their own original trophy!

local talent by giving free rein to creatives wanting to push the
limits of creativity in out-of-home advertising", said Nathalie Doré,

In the Montreal market, Luc Du Sault and Vincent Bernard from lg2 won
for their "Honda électrique" concept. Winners of the Vancouver market
will be announced on June 4.
