TSX Delisting Review - Glendale International Corp. (GIN)

TORONTO, Jan. 27 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - Glendale International Corp. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin No. 2010-0065 dated January 19, 2010, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: GIN) of the Company at the close of market on February 26, 2010 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
