TORONTO, Feb. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that, pursuant to subsections 127 (7) and (8) of the Act, the Temporary Order is extended as against Vincent Ciccone (a.k.a Vince Ciccone), Medra Corp. (a.k.a. Medra Corporation), Tadd, Brubacher and Martin to May 4, 2012; and the hearing is adjourned to May 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. or to such other date or time as may be set by the Office of the Secretary and agreed to by the parties.
