Canada's Safest Employer with two Gold Awards at the 3rd Annual Canada's Safest Employers Awards Gala on October 30, 2013. The
Gold Awards were presented to Morguard in the Retail and Services
category and Wellness category.
The Awards program, led by Thomson Reuters, recognizes Canadian
organizations for outstanding achievements in workplace health and
safety. The Awards submissions were reviewed by an expert judging
panel followed by an employee safety perception survey. Judging
criteria was based on Leadership and Management Support, Employee
Engagement, Communication, Innovation and Injury Statistics.
