Media Advisory - Passion Play Media invites Toronto media to first advanced screening of mockumentary Toronah
TORONTO, Sept. 29, 2015 /CNW/ - Passion Play Media proudly announces the first advanced, private screening of the mockumentary Toronah held at the Cineplex Odeon Varsity and VIP Cinemas. The advanced screening will take place inside the Manulife Centre on Wednesday, September 30, following with a question and answer segment with Rob Ford. Local press are invited to attend.
Media interviews will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the screening will commence at 9:15 p.m. Following the screening, cast including Rob Ford, and filmmakers 3 Amigos will discuss the movie.
Toronah follows a middle-aged entrepreneur. Instead of enjoying the lucrative sale of his company, a local businessman has to deal with old faces from his past looking for handouts. With little time to spare, he has to juggle the insanity all while trying to help his down-and-out cousin from Chicago, Mickey.
The mockumentary will have its World Premiere in Toronto on December 4, 2015, with filmmakers and members of the cast including Rob Ford, in attendance for media interviews and a post-screening press conference and discussion.
