Wi-Fi is now one of the most essential services a hotel can provide apart from a bed, and yet poor internet connection is on the top 3 list of complaints from hotel guests around the world. Why is it that after considerable technological advances over the past decades, Wi-Fi is still one of the poorest services offered by hotels today?
