Management solutions. Leger Marketing thus strengthens its position as
a technology leader in measuring customer experience by integrating the
unique and proven solutions of Agility Metrics to its asset portfolio.
It is Leger Marketing's seventh acquisition in the past 15 years.
The acquisition of Agility Metrics greatly enhances the position of both
companies in the market as a leading provider of end-to-end Customer
Experience Management solutions and customer insights research.
Combining Agility Metrics' next generation "Voice of the Customer"
(VoC) data collection, real-time reporting technology, deep domain
expertise in retail and consumer markets with the full breadth of Leger
Marketing's quantitative and qualitative marketing research services
will further position Leger Marketing to solidify its already strong
market leadership position.
