Laurentian Bank of Canada - Dividend notice

MONTREAL, Feb. 22, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors of the Laurentian Bank of Canada declared today the following dividends:

  • a dividend of $0.375 on the preferred shares Series 9, payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2012; and

  • a dividend of $0.328125 on the preferred shares Series 10, payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2012.

For the year 2012, all dividends declared will be eligible dividends, unless otherwise indicated. The dividends declared on February 22, 2012, are eligible dividends for income tax legislation purposes.
