Komutel Acquires ITI Software

ST-GEORGES, QC, Sept. 27, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Komutel, a leading unified communication software developer for enterprises, announced that it has completed its acquisition of ITI software, a privately held company headquartered in Montreal, Canada. The transaction allows consolidating expertise from both organisations in the call fan out and autodialing solutions field. The acquisition allows Komutel to strengthen its position as a worldclass telecommunication software developer. Since 2001, ITI software did concentrate its activities on autodialers and predictive dialers technologies with its AutoCaller system. Together, the combined offerings of Komutel and ITI software will bring the products offered to world class level solutions, by better answering needs from specific key verticals, such as healthcare, municipalities and public safety, but moreover by becoming an outstanding solution for enterprises customers and call centers.
