Ivrnet expands North American sales force to San Francisco, Winnipeg & Toronto

Recent acquisitions, expanding product lines and new customers prompt move

CALGARY, June 19, 2012 /CNW/ - Ivrnet Inc. ("Ivrnet") (TSX-V: IVI) has expanded its sales force in North America to include Winnipeg and Toronto in the east and San Francisco in the west. "Historically, we have always managed our sales from our head office in Calgary," says Barry Goerzen, Director, Ivrnet.  "However, recent acquisitions coupled with new product lines and an expanded customer base necessitated a move to become geographically closer to our customers in North America."

Mr. Larry Jacques, Winnipeg - Director of Sales
Formerly based in Calgary, Larry now leads the ITSportsNet brand from Winnipeg that provides him with a central base from which to service our Canadian clients. In his expanded role, he will continue working with large National and Provincial sporting organizations as well as manage ITSportsNet's sales operations in Calgary and Toronto.

Ms. Kim Zandbergen, Toronto - Account Manager Ontario
Reporting to Larry Jacques, Kim is marketing the ITSportsNet brand to both provincial and regional sporting organizations throughout the province. She joins us from Vancouver where she gained extensive experience in working with and for provincial sporting organizations such as Gymnastics clubs.

Mr. Kevin Dogen, San Francisco, Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Kevin is marketing Ivrnet's products in the U.S. The "cloud" nature of our various product lines allows for easy deliver and sales growth throughout the U.S. Kevin joins Ivrnet having spent the last 22 years in a variety of sales and marketing positions in the U.S. software industry.
