contributions from its employees and the company to United Way in 2013
exceeded the million dollar mark for the first time to reach

In addition to making personal contributions in the context of the
official 2013 United Way fundraising campaign, Industrial Alliance
employees from coast to coast invested time and energy in various
fundraising activities throughout the year.
In Quebec City, where the company's head office is located, employees
organized sales of prepared food dishes, Halloween and Easter
chocolates and Mother's Day flowers. In Montreal, employees
participated in the United Way special of the popular game show La Guerre des clans, took part in the Centraide Cup 2013 soccer tournament at Stade Saputo
and organized flower and handbag sales.
In Toronto, Industrial Alliance employees climbed the CN Tower, took
part in a ping pong tournament and organized a pumpkin-decorating and a
cupcake contest. For their part, Vancouver employees held a silent
auction, a 50/50 draw and a karaoke contest among other activities.
