QUEBEC, Oct. 30, 2026 /CNW/ -- After several years of sustained growth and development, Fenplast is reaching an important milestone in its history with the announcement of the creation of Fenplast Group, a name designating the manufacturing operations of its various entities, its retail network, and Altek windows and doors.
This evolution also marks a transition in the organization's leadership. After founding and leading the company for many years, Jean Marchand is passing the role of president to Serge Lavoie, who previously served as General Manager. Mr. Marchand will remain actively involved as Chairman of the Board.
