Felix ranked third with 500% revenue growth from 2022 to 2025, following recent inclusion among The Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies
TORONTO, Oct. 28, 2026 /CNW/ -- Felix Health, one of Canada's leading digital healthcare companies, was honoured as an Enterprise--Industry Leaders award winner as part of the 2026 Technology Fast 50™ program, highlighting the company's continued growth as it builds a new model for accessing and managing healthcare in Canada.
Felix ranked third in this year's Enterprise--Industry Leaders category, with 500% revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. The category ranks Canada's fastest-growing enterprise-level technology, media and telecommunications companies by revenue growth over four years, and is open to companies that recorded at least $10 million in revenue in 2022 and $50 million in 2025.
The recognition comes weeks after Felix was also named one of The Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies for 2026. Together, the two rankings reflect Felix's evolution from an early digital healthcare startup into a scaled Canadian healthcare platform spanning assessment, prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment and ongoing care.
"We've always believed a healthcare company could be built in Canada by solving real problems for Canadian patients," said Kyle Zien, co-founder and CEO of Felix Health. "We've spent the last several years building the technology, clinical infrastructure and pharmacy operations to make healthcare easier to access and easier to stay connected to over time. We're proud of how far Felix has come, but we still feel like we're in the earliest innings of what we can build."
Since launching, Felix has expanded from a small number of treatment categories into a broader platform supporting Canadians across areas including weight management, women's health, sexual health, mental health and longevity. Its integrated model brings multiple parts of the patient experience onto one platform, from assessment and clinician care through prescription fulfillment and ongoing support.
Felix has grown to more than 1.8 million registered users across Canada and more than 230 employees across its corporate and pharmacy operations with patients increasingly returning to the platform across different healthcare needs and stages of life.
"The 2026 Enterprise-Industry Leaders exemplify the innovation, resilience, and leadership that have helped shape Canada's technology sector. Through sustained growth and a commitment to excellence, these organizations continue to drive progress across industries while creating lasting economic impact," said Amanda Perran, National Technology Fast 50 program co-leader.
As growth becomes increasingly difficult to sustain at scale, this recognition highlights Felix's ability to innovate, adapt and deliver lasting impact in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
"These distinguished companies have built strong legacies by continuously adapting, innovating and delivering value in an evolving marketplace," added Brendan Cooper, National Technology Fast 50 program co-leader. "Their achievements highlight the strength of Canadian enterprise and their important role in advancing our technology ecosystem both at home and on the global stage."
