TORONTO, June 5, 2012 /CNW/ - The National Forum on Class Actions Litigation, hosted by The Canadian Institute, will be returning for its 13th consecutive year in Toronto, Ontario on September 20-21, 2012. This year's event brings together members of the plaintiff bar, defence bar, in-house counsel, government, judiciary, and third party administrators from across Canada and the U.S. to discuss the critical cases and trends that are shaping the Canadian class actions environment.

Speakers will be sharing practical advice on a range of topics that are affecting the industry, including:
