Citadel Funds Announce Appointment of Jarislowsky, Fraser as Investment<br>Manager

TORONTO, Oct. 20 /CNW/ - Citadel Fund Administrator ("Citadel") announced today that Jarislowsky, Fraser Limited has been appointed as the investment manager for each of the following funds, effective immediately:

    
    -  Citadel HYTES Fund
    -  Citadel SMaRT Fund ("SMaRT")
    -  Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund; and
    -  Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund

    (collectively, the "Funds").
    

Citadel also announced that pursuant to the agreement between the Administrator, Crown Hill Capital Corporation, Bloom Investment Counsel, Inc. ("Bloom"), Blue Ribbon Fund Management Ltd., Brompton Administration Limited and Brompton Funds Management Ltd., Bloom has ceased to be the investment manager of the Funds.
