CBCI Telecom Ranks #16 on the List
MONTREAL, Dec. 11, 2012 /CNW/ - CBCI Telecom, Canada's Leader in Visual Communications, is pleased to be named among the Best 50 Small and Medium Employers in Canada. CBCI Telecom ranks 16th in this 4th appearance on the list. The study, now in its 8th year, is published annually in PROFIT Magazine.
"To be recognized in the Best 50 Small and Medium Employers in Canada is a great honor and privilege. We've listened to our employees, made great stride in refining our processes, put a lot of emphasis on teamwork, leverage best practices and capitalize on our best resources. This award is a great indication that we are in the right direction as a company within the current industry trends," said Denis Dumouchel, CBCI Telecom's President.
"We are very excited that our employees have recognized CBCI Telecom as one of Canada's Best Employers. It is an honor to dedicate this award to all of them. Our employees are the ones that make CBCI Telecom who it is. Being the 4th company in all Quebec makes this award even more significant," said Denis Dumouchel, CBCI Telecom's President.
Becoming a Best Small and Medium Employer is a very detailed and competitive process. This national awards program recognizes top employers with between 50 and 399 employees. The program mirrors the renowned Best Employer in Canada list published in Maclean's Magazine; however, caters to smaller businesses.
The rankings are primarily determined by using the results from Employee Opinion Surveys. The evaluation process also includes the assessment of organizational practices and perspectives from the leadership team. This year, more than 200 organizations across Canada participated in the study.
Study partners include Queen's School of Business, Queen's Centre for Business Venturing and AON Hewitt. More information about the Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada is available online at http://bsmestudycanada.com.
