ASC alleges Sherwood Park man engaged in unregistered advising and dealing
CALGARY, March 29, 2012 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Randy Hubert Rosen breached Alberta securities laws and acted contrary to the public interest by engaging in unregistered advising and dealing in securities.
ASC staff allege that between August 2009 and December 2011, Rosen engaged in unregistered advising and dealing when he provided investment advice to individual investors and maintained more than forty investment accounts for their benefit when not appropriately registered with the ASC.
An appearance to set a date for a hearing will be held on April 11, 2012, at 3:30 p.m. in the ASC Hearing Room on the 5th floor, 250 - 5th Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta.
