Dessau Accepts Rosaire Sauriol's Resignation

MONTREAL, March 25, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Dessau Inc. announces that Mr. Rosaire Sauriol, who has been with the firm since 1986, has stepped down from his position within the company.

This resignation is effective immediately.

Since 2009, Dessau has actively worked on several fronts to redress a situation that was unacceptable for the firm and our industry, namely by revising its business practices and reinforcing several aspects of its Code of Ethics with the help of external experts.

All the while, thanks to its employees' talents, the company has continued to meet client needs by offering high quality services and has pursued its development outside of Quebec and Canada.
