MONTREAL, July 26, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Caisse de dépôt et placement
du Québec today announced the appointment of Michèle Boisvert as
Executive Vice-President, Public Affairs and member of the Executive
Committee. Her responsibilities include external and internal
communications, government relations and public relations. She will
take up her post in September 2012.

Radio-Canada and more recently as director of La Presse Affaires, Ms. Boisvert has a deep knowledge of the business, financial and
economic issues that will shape Québec and the world in coming years,"

As a journalist for almost 30 years, Michèle Boisvert has always been
interested in economic issues. First at Radio-Canada where, among other
assignments, she worked on Capital Actions, a daily show specialized in economic and financial issues.
She joined La Presse in 2002, where she first covered economic news as a reporter, then as a
columnist and as an editorialist. In January 2007, she was named
director of La Presse Affaires, the business section. In addition to her role at La Presse, Michèle Boisvert also delivered a daily economic segment on the
Radio-Canada morning radio show C'est bien meilleur le matin for seven years.
She also received numerous prizes, including the YWCA's Woman of
Distinction in Communications award in 2009.
