Zaio Corporation Pro Forma Company Awarded Multi-Year National Supplier Agreement with One of the Largest Secondary Market Lenders

("Axis") together, announce that Valuation Vision has won a two year service agreement to provide BPOMerge™ to a national secondary market lender.
