TORONTO, June 21 /CNW/ - YANGAROO Inc. Each Unit consists of 20,000 common shares and 10,000 common share purchase warrants at an issue price of $1,000 per Unit. The Warrants are exercisable until January 31, 2011, with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at $0.10. The Units are being placed directly by the Company. The Company anticipates that it will issue up to 1,500 Units. The proceeds of the offering will be used for expansion of marketing and sales and other general working capital purposes.
