MONTREAL, Jan. 21 /CNW Telbec/ - As plane loads of traumatized Canadian Citizens of Haiti's catastrophic earthquake begin to arrive at P-E Trudeau airport with nothing except the light summer clothes they are wearing, Manteaux Manteaux, a well known Quebec based chain of women's coat stores, is announcing that they are donating a large quantity of new coats for women to Sun Youth, in addition to organizing the collection of gently used coats for men, women and children.
To donate a coat to Manteaux Manteaux's coat drive, bring it to the nearest Manteaux Manteaux or Manteaux Internationale location throughout Quebec, or any Coats Co. location in the Ottawa region or Moncton, N.B. Donated coats should be brought in by February 7, 2010.
For a list of store locations visit www.manteaux.com or www.coatsco.com.
Manteaux Manteaux, in partnership with Bellingham Cleaners a Montreal based company since 1940, will collect, sort and professionally clean all donated coats before they are delivered to Sun Youth for distribution within the Haitian community. Bellingham Cleaners will donate their dry cleaning services for all donated coats. Coats can also be brought directly to any Bellingham dry cleaning location (514-733-4444).
