Tessa & Scott (7x30) goes behind closed doors and into the exhilarating non-stop lives
of Canada's irresistible duo. As the series premieres the charismatic
couple is faced with challenges they could have never imagined
following their Olympic win in Vancouver in 2010. They are tasked with
negotiating their insane schedules and staying connected with each
other while fighting their way back to the top of the podium after
placing second at the 2013 ISU World Figure Skating Championships®. From training in Canton, Michigan where they share a coach with their
biggest on-ice rivals, to public appearances, to skating in
competitions in Saint John, New Brunswick, Paris, France and Fukuoka,
Japan, the series gives audiences a unique window into the stressful
and highly competitive world of ice dancing.
The series also captures Tessa and Scott's unique personal relationship.
Partners since primary school, their intimate connection on the ice has
inspired millions of fans. The series accompanies them to costume
fittings, skate camps, cocktail parties and coaching sessions.
