("VirtualArmor") (CSE:VAI) is pleased to announce it has granted an aggregate of 200,000 incentive stock options to two employees of the Company. The options will vest pursuant to the stock option agreements between VirtualArmor and each employee and may be exercised at an exercise price of CAD$0.44 per common share, for a period of 5 years from the date of issuance or earlier in accordance with VirtualArmor's incentive stock option plan.
