Dickson has been a senior-level executive in the financial services and technology industries for more than 23 years. Previous to his current role at PayPal, Dickson served as Vice President, Product Management Consumer and Merchant Services, responsible for managing the growth of the company's 'off-eBay' business. Prior to joining PayPal, Dickson was general manager for Yahoo! PayDirect, where he was responsible for transforming the domestic person-to-person (P2P) payments business unit into an international money-transfer business in partnership with MoneyGram.
Dickson has also held top-level management positions at innoVentry, a consumer financial services network, I-Impact, a predictive analytics start-up; Wells Fargo, a financial services company; and CSC, a global information technology services company.
